Petculator privacy

Effective October 19, 2026. This policy applies to the Acorn & Pixel Android app Petculator, application ID com.acornpixelstudios.petculator.

Calculations stay with you

Petculator does not collect or transmit your calculations, history, personal information or device identifiers. It contains no advertising, analytics, account system or in-app purchases. The app does not request Internet access.

What is stored on your device

Your selected pet, color palette, sound settings and vibration preference are stored locally so they are remembered when you return. Calculation history is held in memory for the current app session and is not intentionally saved to disk. You can clear that history inside the app. App storage can be removed through Android’s app settings or by uninstalling Petculator. The app excludes its data from its configured Android cloud-backup and device-transfer rules.

Sounds and vibration

Pet sounds are generated on your device. They do not use your microphone or access recordings. The vibration permission is used only for optional touch feedback, which you can disable in Help & privacy.

Links and support

If you choose a support email or website link, your email app or browser opens. Those services operate under their own privacy policies. If you email us, Acorn & Pixel receives your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to answer your request; you can ask us to delete your correspondence. Please do not send passwords or sensitive information.
